4TH STREET AND 88TH STREET NE CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
Final design is underway and the contract plans, specifications and permits will be ready to advertise for construction in March 2026.
Included in this next phase is environmental and construction permits from Bureau of Indian Affairs, Environmental Protection Agency, US Fish & Wildlife Service, National Marine Fisheries Service, US Army Corps of Engineers, WA State Department of Ecology, WA State Department of Fish & Wildlife, City of Marysville, Snohomish County, WSDOT and the Tulalip Tribes.
In partnership with the project stakeholders (Tulalip Tribes, City of Marysville, Snohomish County, and WSDOT), we will begin outreach to potentially affected property owners, area business and other interested parties in the summer of 2025.
