4TH STREET AND 88TH STREET NE CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
After the constructability reviews are complete, the project will work towards the final design phase and prepare the contract plans and specifications for advertisement for construction contractors to bid on in March of 2024.
Included in this next phase is environmental and construction permits from Bureau of Indian Affairs, Environmental Protection Agency, US Fish & Wildlife Service, National Marine Fisheries Service, US Army Corps of Engineers, WA State Department of Ecology, WA State Department of Fish & Wildlife, City of Marysville, Snohomish County, WSDOT and the Tulalip Tribes.
In partnership with the project stakeholders (City of Marysville, Snohomish County, WSDOT, and the Tulalip Tribes), we will begin outreach to potentially affected property owners, area business and other interested parties in the summer of 2023.
